I start with my clients with their current approach and we change the way they work together from there. This results in a process that is tailored to the people and situation in each environment. I love it when I can help teams to have fun at work, achieve good results and grow beyond themselves.
To achieve this, I always deal with everyone involved with radical openness and absolute honesty. I bring all my experience from over 20 years of software projects in a wide variety of roles to the table. My focus has always been on good interaction and optimizing the human-organization-technology interface, regardless of whether I was a team leader, software architect, project manager or agile coach.

Cristina Cusin-Busch
I help companies transform chaos into clear processes and establish sustainable structures and clear responsibilities. I support organisations in setting up and implementing their project and process management. Through tailor-made training and coaching, I qualify specialists and managers and, if required, take on the operational management of projects – from organisational development and software implementation to regulatory adjustments. In this way, I combine strategic consulting with practical implementation and promote sustainable change.
For 18 years, I have been setting up project and portfolio management structures, implementing process management, optimising workflows and establishing effective process governance. I have led teams, been responsible for transformation projects and supported internal stakeholders as a coach, sparring partner and source of inspiration.
It is important to me to shape change in a structured and sustainable way and to empower people so that they can secure it in the long term. I am particularly enthusiastic when ‘helping people to help themselves’ is successful: employees master challenges independently and thus build up skills within the company.

I see it as my job to create a safe space in which people can grow, understand themselves better and discover their own solutions. I am guided by a constructivist, non-judgmental attitude - and a deep belief that everyone does their best and acts for a good reason.
What inspires me are the “aha” moments in coaching: when clients suddenly regain access to their strengths, recognize unconscious patterns and see new paths. Accompanying these processes fulfills me - with empathy, patience and genuine appreciation.
I work with systemic questioning techniques, emotion coaching, hypnosystemic methods and working with the inner team. I am solution- and resource-oriented - always with a focus on what really matters to the other person.
